These terms govern your use of signaturenumbing.co and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by Signature Numbing Co ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet that requirement and that the payment details you give us are your own or that you are authorised to use them.

2. Products, descriptions and images

We work to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, image, price or other detail on the site is complete or error-free. Product photography is representative; packaging, batch numbering and label design may change over time.

We may change or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in the currency of the market you are shopping in and can change at any time before you place an order. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order has been confirmed. We will contact you before doing so.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email you receive is an acknowledgement that we have your order, not acceptance of it. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.

We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — for example where an item is out of stock, where we suspect fraud or reseller abuse of a promotion, or where we are unable to ship to the address given. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

We may also limit quantities per customer, per address or per order.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details. If a payment is reversed, charged back or fails after dispatch, we may suspend or cancel any outstanding orders.

6. Promotions, bundles and Buy One Get One offers

Promotional pricing, bundles and Buy One Get One offers run for limited periods and can be withdrawn or changed at any time. Unless we say otherwise, offers cannot be combined with each other or applied retrospectively to an order already placed.

Where an offer includes a free or discounted item, returning the paid item means the free item must be returned with it, or its value will be deducted from the refund.

7. Shipping, title and risk

Delivery timeframes, rates and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery to the address you gave at checkout.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Signature Numbing Co name and logo are our trademarks. All content on this site — text, photography, graphics, layout and code — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, republish, scrape or use our content, product imagery or branding for commercial purposes, including reselling our products under your own listings, without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break any law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it by automated means, to submit false or misleading information, or to post reviews or content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes anyone's rights.

We may remove content and suspend access where these terms are broken.

11. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

12. Third-party links and services

The site links to and relies on third-party services, including our payment providers, carriers and review platform. We are not responsible for the content, policies or performance of third-party sites, and a link is not an endorsement.

13. Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts located in Orange County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law of your home country gives you the right to bring proceedings there.

17. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The "last updated" date above tells you when we last changed them.
